DAT streams during shut down

When Covid-19 hit Norway and the government decided to more or less shut down the country, Det Andre Teatret quickly moved to try and set up a decent streaming alternative for our audience. Luckily we had purchased both camera- and editing equipment a year earlier and so far only gotten as far as to use it for documentation, so it was a great opportunity to learn more. We tested several different formats, children shows (“De Andre Barna”), Impro Live, Improvors, Gullrekka, Såvidt en Hit, and Camilla Frey and I made a weird little live streamed show called An Intimate Half Hour where we read books and made adjective stories with the audience (online) whilst drinking wine in our pajamas…the two of us had a lot of fun.

We also made a little YouTube-thingy called “Oki, folkens” where two and two improvisors do a simple improvised game together, this one below is unfortunately an example of how to avoid telling a good story:
